Getting Started with Quantum Healing
Quantum Healing is a practice that focuses on exploring the spiritual and non-physical aspects of a person’s life, such as their beliefs, values, and sense of purpose. It can involve techniques such as guided imagery, meditation, energy healing, past lives and mediumship. The goal is to help individuals achieve greater self-awareness and connect with their higher selves.
Quantum Healing helps to transform the subconscious mind by releasing false identities, limiting beliefs, conditioned behaviors, core wounds and self-destructive traits that are not authentic to a person on a soul level.
A terrifying fact is that the subconscious mind controls 95% of a person’s thought process – which means that you don’t think about it, it’s a habit that runs on autopilot. Subconscious beliefs direct the course of your life, and not until you start diving in and asking questions, will you realize the unhelpful patterns, reoccurring thoughts and actions that truly make up your reality.

Group Sessions
Group sessions meet bi-weekly with the same group of people for a total of 7 sessions. All groups are currently full, but feel free to join the wait list or contact me to create your own group series!
